Constantine (Costa) Anestos
Costa Anestos received his Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School in 2005, where he graded onto the Baylor Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Accounting from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California where he graduated magna cum lade. Prior to law school Costa worked at both Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in the international tax and business consulting practice areas in Los Angeles, California. Costa's practice areas include business formation and structuring, business transaction, estate planning, asset protection planning, probate, real estate transaction and taxation. Costa is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Austin Bar Association, and the Austin Young Lawyers Association. Costa is a member of the Texas State Bar real estate, probate, and trust law, and taxation sections. He previously served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for VSA Arts of Texas, a non-profit organization with the goal of making the arts associable to all people.
Lisa Adams received her Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School in 2005. Prior to co-founding the firm Lisa worked at Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP in Austin, Texas. Lisa has handled a wide array of cases, including acting as plaintiff's lead counsel in multi-state commercial litigation, and has obtained favorable results for her clients. Lisa's practice areas include family law and litigation. Lisa has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 2005 and is a member of the Texas State Bar family law section.
John Michael Measells
John Michael Measells is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent® (4.5-5.0) Certified Attorney whose work since his early career has been recognized by major news outlets including CNN, The Washington Post, The New York Times, Good Morning America, and Forbes and celebrated by rating affiliates including Texas Monthly Magazine and SuperLawyers®. Prior to co-founding the firm, he was instrumental in the creation of a large family office that structured and managed a portfolio of investment entities and private funds across energy, technology, risk management, banking, and alternative finance platforms. John Michael began his practice in The Texas Senate as General Counsel to Sen. Judith Zaffirini (D-Laredo) and the Texas Higher Education Committee and by founding his first law firm, White & Measells, where he served as Managing Partner. His focus ranges from business counsel and advising in various practice areas—including estate planning, asset protection, and investment-related matters—to executive oversight of various entertainment projects.
John Michael received his BBA in Finance from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was a Regents Scholarship Recipient and graduated among the top of his class.
